Xtratherm have achieved the Workplace WellBeing Charter. The Workplace Wellbeing Charter is endorsed by the UK Department of Health and is widely recognised as the business standard for workplace wellbeing across the UK. The Charter is segmented into eight topic areas which have been developed in line with best practice and the latest research. These topic areas range from leadership and absence management to physical activity and healthy eating.
